Apartment Assignments
Please assign your guests to their apartments. Nominate their names to each apartment.
You have nominated multiple apartments; please note that the arrival/departure dates and payment details must be the same for all apartments. If these details are different, please consider separate bookings.



Feel right at home in our Mandurah Accommodation One Bedroom Apartment.

There’s space to move, with a separate bedroom featuring king bed (or two king singles) and wardrobe.

The fully equipped kitchen provides a cooktop, oven and full-size fridge.

The dining area and lounge connect in an open plan with a balcony.The relaxed living area contains a sofa, LCD TV and free WIFI.

The apartment offers shared laundry facilities (with the studio apartment downstairs) for use in reasonable hours only. Guests will need to use their common sense.

Apartments are air conditioned. Some do not have air conditioners in bedrooms but will cool all rooms once you turn them on and keep internal doors open. Our staff will do this ahead of check in on hot days.

Guests can access the in-house gym and our Mandurah accommodation with swimming pool

Apartment servicing can be arranged by appointment on weekdays.

Breakfast and restaurant options are closeby, a short walk into the City, contact us for details.

1 Bedroom apartments are upstairs - a short flight of stairs with a handrail.

Typical apartment size: 50m²

MOBILITY: Some apartments have multiple levels or are only accessible from a short flight of stairs. If you have specific mobility requirements please make a note of this in the special requests section of the reservation or give us a call to ensure we place you in the most appropriate apartment.

VIEWS: While the resort is located on the Mandurah canals not all apartments have views of the water. Only those that are named "waterfront" or "waterviews". Other apartments with balcony's have views to the front of the resort (city side), southern side - facing the heritage Sutton Farm (farm side) and some water glimpses or facing in towards our tropical garden and pool area (garden view). Apartment locations cannot be promised but please send in your requests and we will do our best to accommodate them.

If you are a smoker, the city side apartments are most suitable because you are facing the front of the complex which is a permitted smoking area. Guests must not smoke in the apartments, within the resort, on balconies or patios.

Please note, most of our carparks were built to a smaller standard in the past. Larger modern cars and 4WDs may find it a squeeze. We do have overflow carparking out the front, but it is limited.
