This is a smaller basic/standard hotel style studio room offering a comfortable queen bed, apartment-controlled heating/air conditioning, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, microwave, ensuite bathroom with amenities and hair dryer, desk, LCD TV and free WiFi.
There is a standard undercover car park and patio with outdoor seating. Please note, most of our carparks were built to a smaller standard in the past. Larger modern cars and 4WDs may find it a squeeze. We do have overflow carparking out the front, but it is limited.
A wardrobe, ironing board and iron add to the convenience. Guests can access the in-house gym and our Mandurah accommodation with swimming pool and heated spa.
There is a shared laundry in each apartment block (shared with the upstairs 1 bedroom apartment guests) in the entrance/foyer. For use in reasonable hours only. Guests will need to use their common sense.
Room space = 30m2.
Apartment servicing can be arranged by appointment on week days. Guests may request additional towels from reception during open times.
Breakfast and restaurant options are in walking distance to our Mandurah accommodation. We do not have any catering in house or breakfast packages. We do have chargeback arrangements with recommended cafes and restaurants on presentation of receipts.
LOCATION: Allocations are made the day before or of arrival and are subject to availability. Requests can be made but are not promised. The confirmation is for apartment type only. We will not tolerate guests pressuring staff to deliver on requests and requests made after check in will also be subject to availability and charges may apply. We will not welcome guests back into the Resort who do not abide by the Terms & Conditions and be respectful to our staff.
VIEWS: While the resort is located on the Mandurah canals not all apartments have views of the water. Only those that are named "waterfront" or "waterviews". The studios are on the lower floor with an outlook of the front of the resort (city side) or private courtyard towards the southern side. There is a fence separating the resort with the heritage Sutton Farm (farm side) or tropical garden and pool area (garden view). Apartment locations cannot be promised but please send in your requests and we will do our best to accommodate them.
If you are a smoker, the city side apartments are most suitable because you have direct access to the front of the complex which is a permitted smoking area. Guests must not smoke in the apartments, within the resort, on balconies or patios at our accommodation in Mandurah.
