Longer stay discounts

Our one, two and three bedroom apartments are residential in size, with full kitchens, laundry facilities and open plan living, and most have a patio or balcony. For stays of a week or more, that makes them a real home away from home. We offer discounted longer stay rates, ideal for:

• Relocations, and people looking for a home in Mandurah who need a self contained base in the meantime
• Temporary accommodation while an insurance claim is sorted out

Group and corporate bookings

Because we manage many apartments across the resort, we can hold a mix of studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments for your group, corporate or leisure, with a team who coordinate check in so every guest goes straight to their apartment. Boating stays

Bringing the boat? Boat pens are free for C Mandurah guests, on request and subject to availability, which saves you from $49 a day in marina berth fees. Request your pen when you book your apartment.

No fixed minimum. If you need more than one apartment under one booking, our team will coordinate it for you as a group booking.

Yes. Boat pens are free for guests on request, subject to availability. Ask for one when you book.
